Bending side to side :

1. Stand erect with your feet together and lift both your hands above your head.

3. Now, bend your body to the left side and stay for 20 seconds.

Mushroom making - home based job

Now a day, mushroom farming business gives good profit within few weeks for the people who are interested to do business in home. You can easily earn money by planting mushrooms by following below steps.

1. Spawn and substrate

Either you can produce your own spawn using a sterile culture or you can buy ready-to-inoculate spawn, which are carried by suppliers. Also you need to buy the substrate. Many growers use straw or wood chips. Straw is generally the preferred method. You want straw that can be chopped up into little pieces.

2. Prepare substrate

First, chop the straw into short pieces. Next, wet the straw. Now it’s time to heat the straw in boiling water. Continue boiling for half an hour and then remove the straw and drain it. Next, spread out the straw on a clean surface and let it cool down.

3. Pack into plastic bags

Now it’s time to pack plastic bags with the straw and spawn. Pack two or three inches of straw into the plastic bag and then lightly sprinkle the spawn on top. Repeat this until you’ve almost filled the bag, close the top and poke holes in the bag.

4. Incubation

Now it’s time for incubation. Keep the growing area at around 78 degrees F. Places the bags on a shelving unit. Remember to stop any threats of natural light getting into the room. Cover windows and cracks. Use a red “darkroom” light when you need to check on your bags. When you start to notice tiny pinhead mushrooms near the air holes in your bag, then you’re ready to move on to the next step.

5. Fruiting

For your fruiting room, you need a high level of humidity. The temperature will need to be 65 to 70 degrees F. Unlike the incubation room, you’ll actually need a lot of natural light—at least 12 hours a day. To shock your mycelium, which will force it into fruiting, move the bags to a cool place for a day, such as a basement or other cool place, and then move them back to the fruiting room. Next, cut away the bag, which allows mushroom growth to take place.

6. Harvesting

Just before your mushroom caps are fully uncurled, that’s when it’s time to harvest. To do so, twist the stem off as near to the growing block as you are able to. You’ve now harvested your mushrooms.

7. Picking

• Pick each mushroom with an upward twisting motion.
• Break them off at the casing surface.
• Do not pull with pieces of casing being lifted still attached to the mushroom.
• Following picking, there should be as few holes or stumps of mushrooms left in the bed, as is possible.
• Brushing mushrooms after picking, to remove compost and casing material.
• These can cause bad discoloration of the cap.
• Mushrooms left too long before picking can over mature...as little as 12 hours can make a significant difference. 

Tips: 

There are 3 types of mushrooms that are easiest to grow at home are oyster, white button, and Shiitake. The method for growing each mushroom is similar, but the ideal growing medium differs.

Oyster mushrooms grow best in straw; Shiitakes grow best on hardwood sawdust; button mushrooms grow best in composted manure. These different growing media reflect the different nutritional needs of each species. However, each of these 3 species can be grown readily enough in sawdust or straw. Choosing a type of mushroom to grow is a matter of taste. You should grow the type you most want to eat.

Steps to make Tanjore Painting :

1. Board Preparation :

Take a cotton cloth which size is above the width of the ply wood as it should cover all the portion of the ply wood. Make a thin paste of water with white glue with the ratio of 4:1 and soak the cloth in the mixture. Squeeze the cloth to remove excessive glue and then stretch the cloth on the plywood. Gently smoothen the cloth from center towards the edges of the plywood to make sure that there are no wrinkles. Paste the excessive cloth at the back side of the plywood with white glue.

Mix chalk powder, white glue and water in the ratio of 2:1:1.5 and apply the coating on the board for 3 times. If we apply first coat on vertical direction then, apply second coat on horizontal direction. After final coating allow the board to dry for one day. Smoothen the board with emery paper.

Now board is ready for Tanjore painting. If you want glassy look then apply Arabic gum along with the mixture that we applied on the board which will give shining effect on your board.

2. Tracing design :

This step is very important as it will give you the overview of your painting.Draw outline border of 1cm on your board as this portion will be covered on framing. Take a design and trace the design on your board using yellow carbon paper or red carbon paper.

3. Pasting stones :

Once trace work completed, paste Jaipur stones on your image wherever stone work is required.

4. Muck preparation :

There are three types of muck.

• Liquid muck
• Semi Liquid muck
• Paste type of muck

Muck is the paste which is used to create embossed effect in tanjore painting. Take crystal stones of arabic gum and sock with water for 2 to 3 days. Once crystals are immersed get a clear gum and add with 1 portion of  french chalk powder for 3 portion of muck. 

First use liquid muck to fill over the stones and make it dry for some time. Then use semi liquid muck to apply over the design to make emboss effect. Then use paste type of muck to make more thicker effect.

5. Fxing gold foil work :

After muck work is completed, fix gold foil paper over the muck design. Make it dry for some time.

6.Apply coloring :

Once gold foil work finished, apply colors over the design to complete the final design of tanjore painting. Make it dry for 2 to 3 days and frame it for sales.

How to control dandruff

Now a days, most of the people including youth are suffering from dandruff which leads to hair fall. So, First we need to understand the reason for dandruff then we can see the remedies for dandruff.

1. Every day morning empty your stomach before eating any food.

How to make Glass Painting !!!

For those who are searching for home based job or who wants to do any work during free time or week ends, they can do this glass painting which will give good earnings. Earnings may differ based on your thoughts that you are applying on the design. In this post, we can see some simple steps to make glass painting and the way to earn money via glass paintings.

Before proceeding with the steps, first we need to know what are all the prerequisites are needed to make a glass painting.

PREREQUISITES :

1. Design model (which is to be applied on the glass)

2. Glass piece

3. Glass paints (Water based)

4. Glass out liner

5. Black color marker

6. Decorative materials and gum/glue

Steps to make glass painting :

1. Think about the design which you want to make and to which type of glass the design has to be applied. Based on these factors you can conclude with your design and draw the design on white sheet with black color ink or marker which will give you good clarity for the image. For example i have given the sample design. Place this design under bottom of the glass and draw the same design on top of the glass using black color marker as shown below.

2.  Once design has been drawn, use black color paint to draw the out liner for the design. Initially you can draw the design with black marker first and then apply black out liner to avoid any mistakes in the design. Once you are comfortable with the design you can directly draw with black color out liner paint. Lets wait for 10 to 15 mins, so that paint will get dry and it will stick on the glass. After that, apply your own colors (either glass color paints or normal paints) based on your design as shown below. This is fully depends on your imagination and it will decide the quality of your painting and will give good rewards on completion.

3. Now you can see the complete design which has drawn on the glass which gives beautiful look for your glass. You can frame this glass and hang it in your hall or reception.

4. As of now, you have seen steps to do glass paintings. Now you are going to see what are all the different type of designs that we can apply for glass painting. It will give you some good idea about glass painting.

Below images will give you some different style and colors that you can apply on your glass. At first, peacock design has been drawn using glass colors. Then the lady drawing has been done using normal paints, but be careful if you use multi colors by mixing it in single place. If you use normal paint then you have to mix the colors first, then you can apply. If you use glass paints then, you can use apply and mix colors on glass itself.
