How to control dandruff

Now a days, most of the people including youth are suffering from dandruff which leads to hair fall. So, First we need to understand the reason for dandruff then we can see the remedies for dandruff.

Reason : 

Most of us are getting dandruff due to excessive body heat. It leads to breakage of your skull cells and the flakes are spread over the head. These flakes will be settle down on your head and the normal head bath will not be sufficient to remove flakes from your head. Hence most of us are preferring strong anti dandruff shampoo which are available in the market to remove dandruff from your head.

Effects : 

Initially we may used shampoo on weekly basis and after few days we started to use for every day or every alternative day due to increase in dandruff. After few months, hair strength will be reduced and it leads to hair fall or some times leads to bald head.

How to control dandruff ? : 

As we know dandruff occurs due to excessive body heat, so we need to concentrate on cooling our body system.

1. Take oil bath twice on every week. Gents can take oil bath on Wednesday and Saturday. Ladies can take oil bath on Tuesday and Friday to maintain equilibrium of your body.

2. Mostly avoid hot water while taking bath. In case if you want to use hot water then, take bath starting from your feet to your head.

3. Try mild shampoo or herbal powder while washing your hair to maintain hair strength. While applying shampoo or herbal powder, mix with water then apply on your head. Do not apply directly on your head.

4. Kindly avoid chicken items or other meats which may increase your body heat. Prefer fresh fruits and vegetables, for example pomegranate, tender coconut, apple etc.

5. Drink as much water as possible at least minimum 3 liters per day.

6. At last but not least, try to avoid tension when you are at work. Try yoga and sleep on time which will give you good health.

Body Process :

Whenever we are feeling hunger we are having food. In our body, it will generate hydrochloric acid which will make you feel hungry. Once we had our food, hydrochloric acid will do digestion process and convert the food into glucose. The converted glucose will be pass on to blood cells and produce energy for multiple body functionality. So, we need to focus on the quality of the glucose.

How the quality has been determined?

• Based on the type of food.
• Based on the way of eating.
• Based on our mind.
• Based on the time of taking food. 

Here are the few steps to eat in proper manner.

Steps :

1. Every day morning empty your stomach before eating any food.

2. Drink plenty of water which will clean up your stomach.

3. Do not drink water while eating , Because the generated hydrochloric acid will get diluted and it will delay the digestion process. Take minimal water when we feel thirsty.

4.  Eat food slowly and chew it like a paste while passing on to stomach. Most of us will not do this step. Simply hallowing food with out grinding properly. In this case, hydrochloric acid took more time to digest your food.

5. While eating please concentrate on your food. Do not watch TV, chat with others etc. If we are not concentrating then, the required glucose will not generate properly which leads to generation of bad glucose.

6. Whenever you are feeling hungry, please eat at that time. As you have to get tempt by seeing the food. Because, while eating your mouth has to generate saliva which has to get mixed with your food. It will help us to generate good glucose.

7. Do not open your mouth while chewing the food. So that air particles will not pass on along with the food.

8. After having food, do not drink more water for the next 30 mins. It will help us for digestion process.

What type of food we can eat ?

1. During morning time, we have to eat like a king. Means, have more food as our body requires more glucose at morning time.

2. At noon, eat like a rich person.

3. At night, do not have much food. eat like a poor person. As we are sleeping after that, our body does not require much glucose at that time.

How to make Glass Painting !!!

For those who are searching for home based job or who wants to do any work during free time or week ends, they can do this glass painting which will give good earnings. Earnings may differ based on your thoughts that you are applying on the design. In this post, we can see some simple steps to make glass painting and the way to earn money via glass paintings.

Before proceeding with the steps, first we need to know what are all the prerequisites are needed to make a glass painting.

PREREQUISITES :

1. Design model (which is to be applied on the glass)

2. Glass piece

3. Glass paints (Water based)

4. Glass out liner

5. Black color marker

6. Decorative materials and gum/glue

Steps to make glass painting :

1. Think about the design which you want to make and to which type of glass the design has to be applied. Based on these factors you can conclude with your design and draw the design on white sheet with black color ink or marker which will give you good clarity for the image. For example i have given the sample design. Place this design under bottom of the glass and draw the same design on top of the glass using black color marker as shown below.

2.  Once design has been drawn, use black color paint to draw the out liner for the design. Initially you can draw the design with black marker first and then apply black out liner to avoid any mistakes in the design. Once you are comfortable with the design you can directly draw with black color out liner paint. Lets wait for 10 to 15 mins, so that paint will get dry and it will stick on the glass. After that, apply your own colors (either glass color paints or normal paints) based on your design as shown below. This is fully depends on your imagination and it will decide the quality of your painting and will give good rewards on completion.

3. Now you can see the complete design which has drawn on the glass which gives beautiful look for your glass. You can frame this glass and hang it in your hall or reception.

4. As of now, you have seen steps to do glass paintings. Now you are going to see what are all the different type of designs that we can apply for glass painting. It will give you some good idea about glass painting.

Below images will give you some different style and colors that you can apply on your glass. At first, peacock design has been drawn using glass colors. Then the lady drawing has been done using normal paints, but be careful if you use multi colors by mixing it in single place. If you use normal paint then you have to mix the colors first, then you can apply. If you use glass paints then, you can use apply and mix colors on glass itself.
