Materials Required :
1. Emboss powder
2. Velvet cloth (Preferably black colour)
3. Oil paint or Fabric colours
4.Plastic brush
Method :
1. Take a velvet cloth in black colour which should not have any dust on the velvet portion.
2. Mix emboss powder on white colour paint and draw your design on the velvet cloth.
3. Leave the cloth to dry for at least 1 day.
4. Once it is dried, iron your velvet cloth from the back side. The heat will make emboss effect on your velvet cloth. Make sure you iron all the parts of the cloth evenly.
5. Now, emboss cloth is ready. You can apply oil paint or fabric paint based on your interest and draw the lovely design.

ReplyDeleteI got a readymade emboss painting kit. I am trying to emboss the design it by ironing on the back side of cloth, but the design is not getting embossed. Please let me know if I can do anything. I bought this to gift my friend on Christmas and New Year. I am totally disappointed.
